Advantage2

The fixed-split contoured keyboard that looks weird and types like a dream. I've been using it for a decade and it's still my favorite keyboard.
About
The KINESIS Advantage2 keeps your hands shoulder-width apart with a fixed split layout, 20-degree tenting, and concave key wells that mirror your finger motion. Cherry MX mechanical switches (choose tactile Brown or quieter Red) are rated for 50 million keypresses, and the integrated palm supports keep your wrists neutral. Looks unusual on your desk, feels natural after a day or two of adjustment.
Fully programmable with onboard storage means you can remap any key, create macros, and switch between QWERTY and Dvorak with a thumb-key combo. The compact tenkeyless design with embedded number pad reduces mouse reach. If you type all day and have started feeling it in your wrists, this is the fix. Just know there's an adjustment period while your muscle memory catches up to the ergonomic layout.
