The KINESIS Advantage360 takes their legendary contoured keyboard design and splits it in half. You can position each module independently, rotate them to keep your wrists straight, and adjust the tenting to minimize forearm strain. The concave key wells and thumb clusters reduce finger overextension, and the mechanical switches (your choice of tactile or quiet linear) feel great for long typing sessions.
The Professional model adds wireless Bluetooth connectivity, white backlighting, and real-time web-based programming through their Clique software. Fully programmable with onboard macro support, it's overkill for most people and absolutely worth it if you type for a living. Battery lasts months between charges, and the split design lets you position your mouse in a natural spot instead of reaching awkwardly to the right.
